When you DO talk about your stuff, make it useful. Give advice, blog posts, pictures, etc.

When promoting a blog post, ask a question or explain what’s coming next, instead of just dumping a link.

Don’t get stuck in the apology loop. Be helpful instead.

Yea, yea, yea, we’ve heard that before. (For example, we’ve discussed @comcastcares). So, what’s new here? For efficiency, these entries suggest setting up RSS feeds to cover Twitter search strings. I set up a few that search for our company, a few clients and competitors.

A little league baseball game is turned into a major league event. IE worked with the league commissioner to get the kids’ names and access to the field to setup our equipment the morning of the game. NBC Sports provided the jumbotron and the blimp.
